Oral Cancer / Tongue Cancer

Oral cancer is one of the most common cancers in India, spreading with the increasing consumption of tobacco products such as Pan Masala, Zarda, Khaini, Cigarettes, Hookah, etc. These cancers occur in the oral cavity, including the lips, the front two-thirds of the tongue, the gingiva (gums), the buccal mucosa, the floor (under the tongue), the hard palate, and the entire area inside your mouth. A lump or sore, white or reddish patches anywhere in the oral cavity, pain in the mouth or ear, painful swallowing, and even losing teeth can also be signs of oral cancer.
